We purchased the South Elm property in October of 2023 with a vision to create a welcoming, flexible space where people could gather and celebrate life's most meaningful moments. Since then, we've refreshed the venue with new paint, enhanced the outdoor ceremony lawn, and brought warmth to the interior with elegant chandeliers and intentional design touches — all while honoring the historic character of this beautiful 1870s home.
